Những đóng góp mới về mặt học thuật, lý luận
Luận án đã hệ thống hoá các vấn đề lý luận về ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo và các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo của sinh viên các trường đại học khối ngành kinh tế.
Luận án đã nghiên cứu kinh nghiệm khởi nghiệp tiếp cận quá trình hình thành ý định khởi nghiệp của một số quốc gia lớn trên thế giới bao gồm: Đức, Tây Ban Nha và Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ để rút ra bài học cho Việt Nam.
Luận án đã xây dựng được các mô hình thực nghiệm để đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo của sinh viên các trường đại học khối ngành kinh tế tại Hà Nội.
Những phát hiện, đề xuất mới rút ra được từ kết quả nghiên cứu, khảo sát của luận án
Luận án đã xây dựng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc tuyến tính đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo của sinh viên các trường đại học khối ngành kinh tế tại Hà Nội.
Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 4 nhân tố có có tác động thuận chiều với ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo của sinh viên, trong đó nhân tố thái độ cá nhân của sinh viên có tác động mạnh nhất đến ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo; nhân tố hỗ trợ tài chính từ trường đại học có tác động mạnh tiếp sau đến ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo; sau đó là nhân tố kiểm soát hành vi nhận thức của sinh viên; và cuối cùng là giáo dục đại học trong các trường đại học có tác động đến ý định khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo.
Luận án đã đề xuất 5 nhóm giải pháp góp phần thúc đẩy khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo của sinh viên các trường đại học khối ngành kinh tế tại Hà Nội nói riêng và Việt Nam nói chung, đó là: Nâng cao nhận thức, thái độ của sinh viên các trường đại học khối ngành kinh tế về khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo; Đẩy mạnh hỗ trợ tài chính cho hoạt động khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo của sinh viên tại các trường đại học khối ngành kinh tế; Nâng cao nhận thức kiểm soát hành vi của sinh viên đối với khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo; Phát triển chương trình giáo dục đại học đối với khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo cho sinh viên; Hoàn thiện hệ thống chính sách thúc đẩy khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo phù hợp với nhu cầu hỗ trợ của các sinh viên tham gia khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo.

THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE THESIS

New contributions in academic, theoretical and practical aspects
Through the research process, the dissertation discovered a theoretical gap: currently there is no separate study fully and systematically evaluating the factors that affect and decide the success of startups of universities students in the economic sector in Hanoi, as well as not giving specific and practical solutions to enhance the potentials, to promote and develop startups of this group.
The thesis systematizes the theoretical issues of startup intentions and factors affecting the intentions of startups of university students in economics sector, researching experiences start up approaches the process of forming startup intentions of some major countries in the world including: Germany, Spain and Turkey to learn lessons for Vietnam.
Recommendations based on research results
The thesis has built a structural equation model to evaluate the factors affecting the intentions of startups of university students in economics sector in Hanoi.
The research results show that there are 4 accepted hypotheses, namely: Hypothesis 1: The student's attitude factor is positively related to startup intentions; Hypothesis 3: Cognitive behavior control factors are positively related to startup intentions; Hypothesis 4: The higher education factor in universities is positively related to startup intentions; and hypothesis 5: The financial support factor from the university positively related to startup intentions has been accepted in the study.
The research results show that the student’s attitude factor has the strongest impact on the intention to starup; Financial support factors from universities have the next strong impact on the intention to starup; followed by cognitive behavior control factors; and, finally, higher education in universities that has an impact on the intention to starup.
The thesis proposes 5 groups of solutions to promote startups of universities students from the economic sector in Hanoi in particular and in Vietnam in general, namely: Awareness raising, attitude of universities students in the economic sector on startups; Promote financial support for universities students in economics to startups; Raising awareness of students' cognitive behavior control towards startups; Development of higher education programs for students to startups; Complete a system of policies to promote startups in accordance with the support needs of students participating in startups.
